Notices for this week

Health and Safety Notice- If you feel you may be contagious with cold and flu symptoms, please refrain from attending church activities. All parishioners and encouraged to maintain good hygiene practices and respect others personal space

ALERT! : Car Park Safety! As a community, we need to be mindful of the increase in the number of electric and hybrid vehicles, leading to an increased risk of accidents occurring due to the lack of engine noise. When cars are backing out, drivers should be mindful to check for cross traffic behind them, meaning pedestrians as well as other vehicles. It has been brought to our attention that EV and Hybrid vehicles are silent, and due diligence should be observed by both drivers and pedestrians to avoid any unforeseen accidents

Singing Group- Are currently on hiatus but will return on the 14th of July from 3:30pm to 4:30pm as normal. We hope to see you there!

An update on the Patronal Stall and lunch: A very successful stall this year, as was the Patronal Lunch and of course, the service. A huge thank you to everyone who was involved over the weekend, setting up and putting away. Also, a huge thank you to our guests: Bishop Bill Ray and Dr Robyn Ray for their amazing work and insights.
Lastly, a big thank you to everyone who purchased goods at the stall. We raised an excellent total of $756.83

We are still helping 'the poorest of the poor gain dignity through self-sufficiency'. We support 30 destitute widows and 60 orphans. They live in the rural areas with no running water or electricity. We sponsor a young man doing a degree in Metallurgy at Zimbabwe University, and a student at a private secondary school.

If you feel the Lord calling you to help either by prayer and/or funding, please contact me. Phone 0448 107 401, email -  timdufton@gmail.com

Jesus said "...I appointed you that you may bear fruit." John 15:16

"It is very cold in winter in the highlands of Zimbabwe, where the 30 destitute women caring for orphans live. They have no heating and sleep on the ground. We want to send them 30 very large blankets so they can snuggle up together. The blankets cost $45 each. If you can help, please contact me on phone 0448 107 401 or email timdufton@gmail.com

Thank you - keep warm!
